Return and Exchange Instructions
1. Generally, returns and exchanges take about 1-5 working days to process (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).
2. If the product is damaged or destroyed due to human factors or improper use, no return or exchange service will be provided.
3. When returning goods (follow the return procedure), please keep the original packaging intact. We will fully protect your shopping rights.
4. Return Notes: The returned product will be restored to its original state when you received it.
5. The following situations may affect your return rights: You damage the product packaging, remove the seal, tag, adhesive or label, etc. * When you receive the product, you are given the opportunity to inspect the product.
6. 請您以送貨廠商使用之包裝紙箱將退貨商品包裝妥當，若原紙箱已遺失，請另使用其他紙箱包覆於商品原廠包裝之外，切勿直接於原廠包裝上黏貼紙張或書寫text. If the original packaging is damaged, the product cannot be returned or the cost of the damage must be deducted from the refund.
7. When you apply for a return, please ask the freight personnel for the receipt and keep it until the return is completed for future inquiries.
8. Depending on the actual situation, compensation for returned or exchanged goods may be in the form of coupons, shipping coupons, gift coupons, etc.
9. During the return or exchange process, customers may need to pay additional shipping fees or go to the designated return or exchange center in person to complete the return or exchange procedures.

退換貨說明
1.一般退換貨需時大約1-5個工作天處理(不計算星期六、日及公眾假期)。
2. 如產品因人為因素、不正當使用; 產生之故障及耗損，一律不設退換貨服務。
3. 退貨（依照退貨程序辦理退貨）時敬請保持原包裝商品的完整，我們完全保障您的購物權益。
4. 退貨注意事項：退貨的商品回復至您收到商品時的原始狀態
5. 下列情形可能影響您的退貨權限： 您將商品包裝毀損、封條移除、吊牌拆除、貼膠移除或標籤拆除等情形 * 在您收到商品之時，已提供您檢查商品之機會。
6. 請您以送貨廠商使用之包裝紙箱將退貨商品包裝妥當，若原紙箱已遺失，請另使用其他紙箱包覆於商品原廠包裝之外，切勿直接於原廠 包裝上黏貼紙張或書寫文字。若原廠包裝損毀將無法退貨或須將損壞費用於退款中扣抵。
7. 當您申請退貨後，請主動向貨運人員索取單據，並保留至退貨完成，以利日後查詢。
8. 退換貨商品會視乎實際情況，或會以優惠券、運費券及贈品券等形式方法補償。
9. 於退換貨過程中，顧客或有機會需要支付額外運費，或親身前往指定退換貨中心辦理退換貨手續。
